Trio Caliente

Trio Caliente is comprised of longtime Washington musicians Deborah Benner, Michael Bard and Amilcar Cruz. Together the trio produces music that seamlessly fuses together elements of Bossa Nova, gypsy rumba and contemporary flamenco with soothing jazz vocals and musical arrangements.
Benner and Bard have previously been featured on several TV and radio shows (including NPR’s “All Trio Caliente’s release “Baila Me” is a diverse collection of tracks with songs that are sung in English, Spanish and Portuguese, that highlight the band’s worldly musical sensibilities. |
